Recognised market operator licensing project

Acted for an organised market operator under the Sandbox Express framework on its licence application to be a Recognised Market Operator in Singapore.

Digital token classification

Acting for a cryptocurrency brokerage on the classification of its digital token under Singapore payment services and securities laws in connection with the token’s listing on a digital token exchange.
